Alexandra Pelosi said her mother would would "cut your head off and you won't even know

I thought it was such a strange thing to say about ones mother.

I totally got it immediately since my grandma was the same way.

My mom's old therapist used to call her the "velvet hammer" meaning she can totally mess you up and all with a smile and you won't ever see it coming.
