They have been saying there will be witnesses and now there wont be??

the 2012 election the GOP may think they have a meme-out regarding the Bolton testimony. At least something they can tell their electorate as to why they did not call Bolton. Because obama "did it too". Which obama did not do. There is a difference between putting negotiations on hold till after an election and soliciting a lie about your lead political competator from a foreign government on pain of withdrawing urgently needed millitary aide. So maybe the democrats no longer have the votes they thought they mght have from Republucan Senators earlier in the day?
