To call Hunter Biden as a witness question

Wouldn't the republicans have to PROVE he was relevant in the impeachment?

Any time. Yet, they haven't. Go figure. They know they have nothing there. All they want is the APPEARANCE of wrongdoing by the Bidens, and as long as they can dangle the prospect of calling him as a witness, they can keep up appearances.

The Republicans control the Senate, and they have "Sole Power of Impeachment"

That means, that with a majority rule, they say what happens. Period, end of story!

There are few votes in the majority that may force witnesses, and who those witnesses may be. But I wouldn't count on those votes to keep the Bidens out. They may get Bolton in, but in that case I can not imagine that Hunter isn't called also.

Blowing smoke. Republicans main goal is to tarnish the Democrats in the up coming election(s). The least concern the Impeachment sham trial.

This is slowly backfire on them.
