Morning Joe rant on Kenn Starr

Last edited Tue Jan 28, 2020, 11:58 AM - Edit history (2)

"Where do we begin with Ken Starr? If irony were not already dead and buried years ago, it was Ken Starr yesterday talking about yesterday how abuse of power is not sufficient to impeach a president, you need a crime. He literally dragged the corpse of irony out of the grave. He meticulously tied the corpse’s neck bone to the back of a tractor, and he ran that tractor throughout the grave yard of stupidity, and ran over every headstone, before kicking dirt on the corpse of irony once again, and putting its bones bones back in the grave, one by one by one."

Brett Kavanaugh Urged Graphic Questions in Clinton Inquiry
https://www.nytimes.com/2018/08/20/us/politics/brett-kavanaugh-clinton-starr.html

No topics were out of bounds. The questions themselves were intended to humiliate President Clinton. Clinton had to listen to and respond to questions about oral-anal sex. It didn't matter that his answer was "no" - they were out to destroy him professionally and personally.

=====

Mr. Kavanaugh drew up the memo as other members of Mr. Starr’s team were preparing to question Mr. Clinton.

The memo, dated Aug. 15, 1998, was shot through with disgust for Mr. Clinton’s behavior and seemed animated by the deep animosity that had developed between the White House and Mr. Starr’s team.

The document betrayed deep hostility to Mr. Clinton, and it included 10 proposed questions about matters like oral sex and masturbation....

“If Monica Lewinsky says that you ejaculated into her mouth on two occasions in the Oval Office area, would she be lying?”

“If Monica Lewinsky says that you masturbated into a trash can in your secretary’s office, would she be lying?”

Scarborough was one of the 228 members of the House who voted to impeach Bill Clinton in December 1998.

Glad he's had his "come-to-Jeebus" moment, however. I'll take any ally at this point.

Every time I hear Joe rant. He also resigned right after for family reasons. His wife left him. Now on his 3rd one, just like Trump.

He talked at length a few weeks back that they went too far and that all Clinton warranted was a Censure. It was overreach.

It's rare to hear that kind of talk.

to get him there ...

This is how fucked we are, John Bolton, who would not piss on one of us liberals if we were on fire to save our lives, is our current great hope, and Scar, who was a petulant POS who was ALL up Clinton's ass at the time, and is still a dumb ass hold out on the fiscal conservative bullshit repents after two decades ...

...also being harrassed by David Pecker @ The Enquirer on behalf of tRump* seemed to help things along.

Every once in a while, Joe just can't help himself and reverts back to singing the "bad ol" Bill Clinton blues." I usually turn him off at that point.

Ben Wittes relayed this comment made by a colleague after watching the hypocrite Ken Starr give a sanctimonious sermon about the dangers of frequent impeachments.

industry, a group that has a license to kill.

Through the addictive nicotine they saturate their product with, they have killed 2 of my grandparents, my mother, my stillborn older brother (I lived my whole life as an only child), and riddled my childhood with horrendous asthma and allergies.

When this son of a f*** dies, may he burn in hell. Why is this one-cell amoeba always fighting on the wrong side?

the daily FREE publicity Joe gave tRump before the election. He was his biggest fan. tRump called in daily, and was immediately put on air. That never should have been allowed. Now look at the mess we are in. Thanks, Joe.
