It is a really low bar, to be better than tRump.

What a waste of time and effort to compare Biden to the Golden Ass.

I love my two feral cats and they are well feed 'cause they are relentless in reminding me that they come to my place for food. (I think they have a couple of other houses that feed them but never mind, they are well feed feral cats!)

where I live and remind me when I am late. But I do love them and look forward to seeing them. They look so much better now than they did a year ago. They don't look so tired, they're grooming themselves, they look filled out.

The problem is now that the quarantine has brought out the brown foxes so I do the last feeding before it gets dark.

Sometimes I let our house cat sit on the back balcony and a fox will sit and stare up at him as he stares down at it. Both of them thinking, "Dinner!"

Fortunately, my area is a bit more urban so I have not seen any foxes though the quarantine has brought a few things closer like possums.

I struggled for the 2 years that I've owned my house to get one of my feral kitties to allow me to pet her. I'd finally gotten her feeling safe enough that I could briefly stroke her. When it became clear that cats could become carriers, I had to stop. No petting of the outdoor kitties for awhile!

Years ago, I thought we couldn't do worse than the "torture's okay" duo from Hell bush/cheney. And I wondered - "Shit! what could be worse, lower down, more criminal, more evil, bottom-of-the-barrel, than bush/cheney?"

And years before that, I thought we couldn't possibly do worse than Nixon. "Shit, what could possibly be worse, lower down, more criminal, more evil, more bottom-of-the-barrel, than Nixon?"

So now, I find myself wondering, seriously, who's gonna come along who's worse than trump? And is it inevitable that there'll be such a monster?

Too many times I've seen and heard comments to the effect of "this makes me wish we still had dubya..." or "I can't believe I actually miss Nixon!"

Heaven forbid we look back on these dreadful, dismal, thoroughly UN-American days and wish we were back here rather than mired in what's going on by then...

They come from their other places and meet us at several spots along the way every morning. There are 2 different groups and none of them fight, they all play and love each other and share the food with no problems. Most have made friends with our dog who is not fond of cats, although he now tolerates them ok. This they've done on their own. We usually feed 7 cats and 4 of the 7 now come up and sniff noses with Finley and a 5th is now acting interested, but is still a little intimidated by the big Aussie.

It takes a lot of smarts for ferals to survive. Don the Con would die if he had to live the life of feral cats. Personally, I would like to see him dropped off in a deep dark woods somewhere and have to try to find his way home!

just dumpster dive at McDonalds and KFC.

On a side note:

In high school, I used to work at KFC.
We tried to limit what we threw out to less than 10 pieces of chicken.
Something that low, each of us would split it to take home to our families.

At times we would miscalculate and have to dump close to 100 pieces of chicken.
When this happened we would take the leftovers to the local orphanage for boys.

One night, we had almost 150 pieces of chicken and our a$$ of a manager would
not let us box it up for the orphanage, he wanted us to just throw it in the garbage,
all of it! (Had to be a republican!)

So my co-worker an I, set up a box that the raw chicken came in and lined it with
aluminum foil. And when we "threw" out the chicken we would just dump it in
that box. When we finished cleaning the store, we took that chicken and put them
in chicken buckets we give to customers, and drove it to the orphanage.
Probably took about 6 or 7 buckets to load all that chicken.

Never felt better in my life.

where not giving away free food, we'll just write it off.

I think he felt that we had over cooked on purpose, and if we
donated it this time, we would over cook again.
