What is our position on openings that include barbershops, hair salons and nail parlours?

In Florida, they're circulating a letter written by Jerry Demmings to Ron De Santis recommending openings for these businesses. Jerry Demmings is Val Demmings husband. Orange County Mayor.

Orange County, like any high density city, is facing high numbers of coronavirus. My in-laws drive up to our county for Carrabas take-out, because they say there's a hot spot around the Carrabas down on their side of Central Florida.

There’s no way to socially distance when you are doing someone’s nails or hair. While you can both wear masks for nails, not when you get a hair cut. Add to that it’s indoors for a prolonged period of time. Asinine.

we have to establish a new normal and that includes small businesses..we can't do that if we're too afraid to leave our homes...that will turn us into a nation of agoraphobics...we take precautions...masks, gloves, hand sanitizers...and if that's the new normal so be it...the virus is not going to go away...the drug they're touting is a suppressant , an anti viral, much like tamiflu...a vaccine will take years and sadly this virus will wash over us whether we stay in place or find a place in the outside world...I'm 71...I'm the demographic that piece of garbage in the White House and his kind want to sacrifice because "there are more important things than dying" like saving trump's ass and his faux economy .....I want to see my children and grandchildren again, I want to get on an airplane, I want to stay in a hotel, and in my everyday life, I want to do everything I did while I'm still above ground

Seeing those listed in GA's businesses to open first list had me shaking my head. Very class oriented.
