To tell the truth, I don't see a way where we do not enter into a great depression.

Trumps insane decision to attempt to cover up a pandemic allowed the virus to spread everywhere. It is embedded throughout the country and is not going anywhere. That cannot be fixed. We will be dealing long term with this virus and our economy is not built to handle it long term.

Trump sucking, propaganda swallowing denialists are not taking the virus seriously. Trump and Republican governors are going to force people to go back to work which will allow the virus to continue to spread. They are convinced we must open up the country to save the economy and they are correct. The problem is they have made that impossible because of everything they have done has spread the virus and made things worse.

Trump sucking, propaganda swallowing denialists do not understand the economy cannot recover without the large cities. You can attempt to open every boondock town, small city in the country, that will not save the economy. How can you have an economic recovery without New York City and other large cities?

Forty years of trickle down economics has left roughly 50% of the American people unable to save anything. Miss one paycheck and they are screwed. We have already seen Great Depression type food bank lines in some parts of the country.

Because of all the mistakes/crimes, we will be dealing with this virus long term. The healthcare system will have to be bailed out over and over again. The post office needs to be bailed out, states need to be bailed out, the food supply system needs to be bailed out etc, etc, etc.

I believe in the upcoming months you will start to see major layoffs and you will see parts of our economy start to collapse. Many businesses will not survive.

Trump, health experts, the news media keep on talking about a vaccine that is coming that will save us. History tells us a completely different story. The chances are very low there will be a vaccine coming soon. It is possible there will never be one. There is a better chance doctors will find a combination of drug treatments that will help us survive the virus. History tells us that also does not happen quickly.

Sorry, that's how I see it and I see nothing coming our way soon to change it. I only see things coming our way from Trump, his followers, Republican politicians that will make things worse.

And it seems inescapable. Perhaps we will get some liberal legislation out of it.

Ohio University to cut 200 union jobs and the professors are going to be on the
chopping block next.

And Fox and Trump selling that we are going to start producing a vaccine right away
is pure bullshit.

Unfortunately, I can't find any fault with your analysis, other than they may come up with a drug cocktail in six months to a year that can mitigate symptoms and shorten recovery.
