RNC is prepared to sue Democrats "into oblivion" to keep them from voting (without dying)

BREAKING @RNC says it is doubling its budget to oppose voting rights in court to $20,000,000.
Republican spox: RNC is prepared to sue Democrats "into oblivion and spend whatever is necessary." https://www.politico.com/news/2020/05/07/trump-democrats-voting-laws-243517

President Donald Trump’s political operation is expanding its legal effort to stop Democrats from overhauling voting laws in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

The Republican National Committee and Trump reelection campaign are doubling their legal budget to $20 million as litigation spreads to an array of battleground states. With the virus likely to complicate in-person balloting in November, Democrats have been pushing to substantially ease remote voting restrictions — something the Trump campaign and RNC are aggressively fighting in the courts.

Trump, who has long been fixated on voter fraud, has taken a personal interest in the project. He is expected to discuss the legal maneuvering during a meeting with his political team Thursday.

The battle over voting laws — specifically Democrats' efforts to make it easier for people to vote remotely during the pandemic — has emerged as a key front in the general election showdown between the parties.

More than two dozen Republican operatives are focusing on the legal battles and have been closely coordinating with party officials at the state and local levels. The Trump campaign and RNC recently intervened in Nevada, where Democrats are pushing for the state to ease restrictions by mailing ballots to all registered voters. Republicans have also been active in New Mexico, where they fought back a similar Democratic-led lawsuit.

Now there's a campaign slogan fit for any fascist dictator. They don't even have any remorse for their anti-democratic behavior.

This Is the ONLY way Republicans can ever win a national election.

Thanks to the Supreme Court, this is the democracy we have.

In a country where the right to vote and voting itself is considered a right and a duty and the underpinnings of the entire system, a party that opposes it like that and attempts to interfere doesn't give itself any credence or honor at all. It is clearly anti-patriotic and reprehensible.

We all know the reason for it, too. They feign an interest in preserving integrity of the vote by using restrictions, (even though there is no evidence that voter fraud is rampant or a major issue) and all the while, as their Orange Beast has said, they are attempting to prevent votes because the GOP would rapidly fade out as a relevant party by losing over and over again.

How much more corrupt, dark and treasonous can a party get in order to grab power in the face of demographics that indicate its certain decline without the gerrymandering and a campaign to remove voters from the rolls and interfere with their right to access, etc.?

The GOP is the dark shadow of America now, as well as the harbingers of death, poverty and destruction of what we hold dear. That has to stop!
