Where are "Protection for businesses from being sued over COVID" in the liberty/death dichotomy?

GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH...

If someone catches COVID and there are no consequences for the business that was open or wants to open, doesn't quite sound like liberty for the person with COVID or their family members.

So where does it go?

To demand that their workers work with inadequate protection, with the threat of being fired, being ineligible for UC, and the business would then be immune to lawsuits. The Republicans are, at the same time, telling us that there will be no further assistance for the workers.

They are going to get us back to work if it kills us.
