everyone who already loves Biden will love the ad. Everyone who already hates trump, learns nothing new at all from this; nor is it presented with a new perspective. Need to get more creative. There are 20M+ and growing who lost their jobs, this isn’t the ad to resonate with them. This election will be about economy.

We can't assume that people will see that and change their minds. In fact unless people see something over and over it doesn't sink in.

Part of what people like trump do is burn people out, make them give up hope. It's an effective tactic to wear voters down and get them to stay home. A form of psychological voter suppression, if you will.

This ad shows Joe's kindness, sanity, decency. Those who might otherwise not bother voting, might see this and think "hey, I WOULD rather have this guy in office actually, maybe it IS worth taking the time to vote".
