I had forgotten that Trump's spokesmodel also said that Trump ran a full exercise of their plan (just like Obama did) last August.

Todd noted that his staff researched for any evidence that any such manual existed or an exercise was ever conducted, but they couldn't find any public mention or reference to it either. He said that they are going to continue to investigate.

That's good news. The press corps is going to rip Trump to shreds. He's going to have to come up with a plausible story to explain why this document has suddenly surfaced.
