If your mask is below your nose, it doesn't count as wearing one.

I went to the store today and say at least four people wandering the aisles with their mask pulled down below their nose, and only loosely covering their mouths.

I hate sounding like a scold, but come on people!!

Really wanted to use an old line from M*A*S*H: “Klinger, your nose slipped out of its bra.”

Get a better mask or use tape to close up the gaps. If your breath gets out to your glasses, then outside air is coming in the same way.

explained why wearing masks was important and how to wear them properly, along with ratings of the many mask offerings and design specifications for an effective mask.

But we don't have a president. We instead have a clown that is killing tens of thousands of Americans with his stupidity and narcissism.

far more idiots, including emplyees.

Many of them wearing their facemasks around their neck, or below their noses. (And several employees completely ignoring the state mandated mask requirement . . . gonna be a report to the Health Department on Monday.)

Unfortunately, I’m in Georgia, where Governor Brian KKKemp declared the state “open for business”, overriding our local blue county’s shelter in place, lockdown order which was declared on March 19. (Our kids went out on spring break on March 5 and never went back to school.)

There’s people like me, armed with masks, gloves and hand sanitizer versus the unmasked masses. The grocery store employees are now 95% masked, but so many customers are seemingly oblivious to the danger.

The patients come in with their masks under their noses. I gently tell them to pull it up because if "you're going to suffer the discomfort, it might as well be worth it." I also see a lot of patients who come in with their masks on but pull it up or down when they talk. I also remind them to keep it on at all times while they are in the clinic; most patients don't even realize what they're doing.

Just having a mask somewhere in the area stops all virus, right? An impartial observer would conclude that this is a wide-spread belief amongst people with a mask.

My favorite is one my son told after returning with groceries (non-contact pickup). A woman wearing gloves and a mask pushed her shopping cart to her car, then proceeded to pull the mask down by putting her fingers inside it at the nose, then took her gloves off, unloaded the cart into her trunk, and pushed the cart back to the cart holding area. If the cart handle or any of her groceries had droplets, they were transferred to her face and inside her mask. I'm not sure what purpose the gloves had, based on how they were used.

At least they're not wearing the masks like hats.
