Every Democratic voters that Ive met are enthusiastically ready to vote in November. How could it be only 56% are enthusiastic! What nationwide regions did CNN poll? Not only the Democrats are ready to go, the huge number of non-Trumpers cant wait to kick Trump out of the WH comes November. Have you noticed ever since Biden was surging, all of the sudden, the media has recently gone little negative on him. Yesterday, Ive read that PBS had interviewed 74 Bidens former staffers about Tara Reades incident. Although most of them backed up Biden, but why the unfair scrutiny! Why havent PBS or other media brought up all those 25 women who have accused Trump of sexual assault for interviewing? I am just SICK and TIRED of reading all of these known liberal media that are trying to act fair and balance, when in reality theyre just trying to close up the gap between Trump and Biden.
The CNN poll painted a similar picture, but more starkly: Four in five Republican voters said they were quite enthusiastic about voting this year; just 56% of Democratic voters said the same.

(27,820 posts)... always makes me laugh, given that 'enthusiasm' is a completely subjective measure, and means different things to different voters.
It's like asking, "Do you really want Joe to be elected? Or do you really, really want him elected? Or is it really, really, really? Which one is it? Make up your mind!"
It's a ridiculous question.

(63,221 posts)Americans do agree on. They want Trump OUT! Just like republicans came out of the woodwork to vote AGAINST Hillary, Democrats and Independents will come out to vote AGAINST Trump. People are sick of this goddamned circus and tired of the destruction of our Democracy.
He will only gain more enemies as the months wear on. I am certain that he will not win any voters between now and November. His base is solid, but many of those who sat on the fence last time are fed up and want this madness to end.

(17,500 posts)It's not a high school pep rally. I wouldn't say I was enthusiastic to a pollster.
Instead I'm filled with a cold, steely resolve to rid us of the evil ones in power. A CNN poll about enthusiasm is just not on my concern list.

I am very pleased with myself. Carry on.

(90,896 posts)A week or so ago we actually had a couple of mismatched socks who forgot which "one"
started the thread. I told him, no matter, there's another pair just the same in your dresser drawer. I'm sure he's back as we speak.

(3,479 posts)COVID-19 hanging in the air like impending doom. Then there was the 2018 midterms, where House Democrats (60.5 million) nearly matched Trump's total (62.9 million) from the 2016 presidential election. We're going to be just fine.
