(7,671 posts)results. The mail-in ballots will be tabulated with optiscans that contain proprietary software/hardware. If there is a call for a recount, there will be great obstruction to any handcounting; at best, you will get ballots run through the same proprietary tabulators.
All that and other PR dirty tricks.
