Maybe agree to something like a hostage exchange where the House gets the people they're asking for in exchange for agreement to testify in the Senate. But once we start letting anyone testify without something in return we're letting them frame the narrative. They should get NOTHING until Barr and Trump allow people to testify before Congress. You have to play hardball with these people, virtue is a weakness to them.

but I agree that going thru the motions, like just responding to requests and such, and pretty much shrugging it off like there's nothing there, would pan out. If nothing else, the media will focus on this report or that report or this investigation or something else and show that nothing is coming up, instead of focusing on the Bidens refusing to give us material and covering up something. Put the focus on the prosecutors, not on the defendants.
