NC Gov. Roy Cooper has "been acting very, very slowly, and very suspiciously." ?

Trump, asked about his Republican convention plans, claims NC Gov. Roy Cooper has "been acting very, very slowly, and very suspiciously." ?

Firstly what the fuck is suspiciously? Secondly, why would any sane state want the RNC land on their doorstep. The death cult is a hotbed of Covid because of their abject unwillingness to protect society. Good for NC and anywhere else that tells them to fuck right off. MAGA hotspot in 3...2...1... within 3 weeks for whoever agrees to host them. I understand than Trump is now considering Florida. Heh. His voting base is dying at a spectacular rate in Florida, but at least the cult can all get bed bugs at Mar a Lago cause you know he is grifting to make that happen.

According to the WaPo, North Carolina officials and the RNC were working productively until Trump flipped over the table.

A source familiar with those negotiations tells me there wasn’t anything contentious in them, and that the RNC had not insisted on an immediate guarantee that the convention could proceed at “full attendance.”

In other words, things may have been proceeding in a relatively rational manner. Then Trump erupted.

We have a few here in NC, seeing as how Duke University Medical Center is just down the rosd from his office. And it's just one of several top medical schools and hospitals in the state that are ready to advise him. So Comrade Dumbass needs to have a big cup of STFU. We're at stage 2 of reopening, and he's stirring crap in May about an event in August. He's stirring crap to try to move it to one of his properties.
