Everyday I get on line and I can check how many tests, positive results, by each county. It's a very good tool. Yesterday my county had two positive test results, That's very good.
The county next to us had more. There must have been a little cluster somewhere.
We are now entering phase 4 in upstate NY. So far so good, No major outbreaks. Cuomo is doing a very good job. He is adjusting how we reopen in each phase.
IF it continues to work the entire country will have an example to follow.
