(296,837 posts)It will be trump VS "god" on the repub side.
Baltimike
(4,137 posts)but he might split off enough of the AA vote that it would make this year's theft more plausible.
I stand by my statement: he is trying to help his buddy Trump to win by theft and a plurality

(16,834 posts)that really takes it. I always has a strong dislike for her and that family. Not surprised a bit by the ones they've latched themselves onto.
CountAllVotes
(20,866 posts)I think she used a surrogate on at least two of them.
I cannot stand either one of them. She had posted a picture called "Monday Madness". The new baby is in a car seat on the kitchen table and it seems that the Mister West isn't too interested in helping her out. What a joke!
Last I heard they were not hitting it off so great and they are enjoying the lock-down in opposite sides of their $50 million mansion.
What a grotesque pair!

(25,376 posts)Surrogacy was probably her only option as it would be very difficult to get pregnant a third time.

(34,857 posts)Most deadlines are coming up in a month or so, but have very low signature thresholds.
The biggest obstacle will be California and Florida, where he has to get 196,964 & 132,781 by 8/7 and 7/15 respectively.
He's not going to win, even if he were to seriously run. But let's pretend he does run. The only states I am concerned over are:
Arizona (117,000ish, as it's 3% of registered voters and currently there's 3,929,260 registered voters by 9/4)
Florida (already mentioned, he has a week to get 132,781 signatures)
Michigan (30,000 signatures by 7/16)
Nevada (9.608 signatures by 8/14)
New Hampshire (3,000 signatures by 9/2)
Ohio (5,000 signatures by 8/6)
Pennsylvania (5.000 signatures by 8/3)
Wisconsin (2,000 signatures by 8/4)
If he does run, he should easily get ballot access in Nevada, New Hampshire, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
My guess is that would be enough to flip those states to Trump.
Or at least make Nevada extremely close.
Ohio is a state Biden can afford to lose.
But if he loses Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and New Hampshire, and we assume Kanye doesn't make the ballot in Arizona, though, we'll see, Biden will need to win Florida + Arizona + all of Maine's 4 Electoral Votes (to tie, which sends it to the House, which elects Trump since it's unlikely the Democrats will have a majority of the congressional delegations even after November) + one congressional district from NE to win (or he can win via Texas).
IF Kanye is serious, this obviously helps Trump significantly.
SoonerPride
(12,286 posts)This was just click bait.
The heavy lifting needed to amass the petitions you listed wont happen on any state.
This is a true nothing burger.
Drunken Irishman
(34,857 posts)Don't think for a second if the GOP could get Kanye on the ballot that they wouldn't lift to help do so in a second.
He could easily find his way on the ballot in those states I mentioned without putting in any heavy lifting.

The only people who believe that he has the chance to siphon off black votes aren't black people.
Kanye has been an uncle Tom/ traitor/ castaway in the black community for years. The votes he'll siphon off are magaT's. I believe this is a stunt to drive fear in some Democrats (unfortunately it seems to be working) and get people to mention his name. This is a feeler to see how people will react, don't fall for it. Joe Biden will not lose black votes to an Uncle Tom. We have too much at stake in this election. Boy bye.
