Sometimes a napkin is just a napkin.

The President of this United States.

Not a flag. Otherwise, all bunting would be flags, as would striped summer dresses and blouses with stars.

You can choose to not use it because it seems too much like a flag, and that'd be fine. But it's not a flag.

Flags are cloth and napkins are paper. Use them as you see fit. When you attack the Constitution, we may have words. Otherwise, go for it.
