I assume you've seen the clip linked. It is some kind of neurological disorder. As things stand right now, Biden should be fine in the debates. I'm thinking of his primary debates this past winter, he held up just fine. I think with tRump on the ropes he'll be even stronger. He knows to go in for the winning blow.

But tRump is withering into a pool of incoherence. It will be obvious to anyone not completely blinded by indoctrination.

I think he has some type of dementia. Having closely watched someone with Lewy Body Dementia deteriorate, it wouldn't surprise me if he had that.

He is clearly unfit for the office he holds, but we knew he was unqualified for the office going in. He's a disaster for the country and the Republican Senators who passed on the opportunity to convict him and remove him from office after he was impeached should never be forgotten for betraying their oaths of office.
