He claimed defer student loans, extend eviction moratoriums, add unemployment benefits, etc. But not much specifics.

And ((with what funds?)) help France etc help Lebanon.

Then he bashed TVA management.

How, technically, will he accomplish this? Will he break out the Presidential Magic Wand and recite a potent magic spell?

How does he appropriate the funds when the purse is held by the House?

Or is this going to just be empty, insubstantial proclamations for the sake of his political facade from here on in?

hasn't figured out that some people remember his promises.

Back in the olden days when he was a joke real estate operator, everyone knew he was bullshitting but just ignored him. It doesn't work that way any more.
