Being born in CA doesn't make you an illegitimate candidate, but being a mailbox snatcher does

Being born in California doesn’t make you an illegitimate candidate, but being a mailbox snatcher sure as hell does.

if born of immigrant parents make her ineligible to run for the Presidency. It would make her eligible to run for a seat in the House of Commons or Senate of Canada and become a party leader.

Now being born in California(CA or Ca) does make her eligible to be President.

CA/Ca - Canada
Ca/CA - California

And both have an Oakland, Oakland Ontario Canada.

Weird abbreviation issue.

the "CA" abbreviation for California was established in the same set of postal guidelines that specified the rules for ZIP codes, back in 1963. The "ca" abbreviation for Canada is established by ISO 3166-1 (international standards for country codes/territorial designation, partly for use as two-letter internet top-level domains); ISO 3166-2 establishes international standards for territorial subdivisions of countries; under ISO 3166-2 California is "US-CA", not "CA", so there is no issue.
