There are European sub-groups that are considered the equivalent of our "White Trash". But most of them aren't going to be coming over anymore to escape purges.
Most of these groups are brought over by the Russian mob as enforcers or products.

If they are not right wing anglo-saxon Europeans, if they are Greek, or Serbs, or Bulgarians, or Portuguese, I suspect they all would look like Venezuelans to him.
