(55,150 posts)I was informed yesterday that one of my neighbors had died (he had a bad heart), lived across the street from me and he lived with his brother. When the coroner came to pick him up the coroner did not show up in his usual vehicle, he showed up in a truck and there were several bodies already in the truck. Needless to say, the living brother freaked out when he saw his brother being put in the truck. My neighbor Debbie Sid it was really horrible to watch. We don't think about things like that

(7,286 posts)My old home ground, still have a house and a business there.
The problem there was heavy rain and flooding. My LEO buddy says it is a major catastrophe, entire neighborhoods under water. we have been thru many hurry-canes and tropical storms without a problem not this time. our house is fine but the office is heavily damaged, flooded and roof off
just about everyone we know is affected, either lost home, car, job or all 3
