He wrote his own opinions compared with other judges whose clerks wrote them. He was meticulous and methodical.

when overly expressed can/are? causing problems (at least from our vantage point) in his AG performance.

So I cant really answer this poll as asked. In general he is either not bright or has some very naive understanding of where this country is at politically.
