......I've got to just stop for a minute in wonderment. Whenever some RWNJ lunatic from a deep red state insults my sensibilities, my first response is to just write off the state as completely worthless. I try to remind myself that there are good people everywhere and we've got to try to have their backs.

This is the 50th installment in the list of Republican sexual predators, abusers, and enablers who contribute to rape culture. These are people who abused their power or defended the abuse of power. These are not folks caught in consensual scandals such as being gay, having an affair, being polyamorous, inviting multiple sex partners into their marriage, or soliciting adult sex workers, unless they are trafficked against their will. They may be hypocrites, but they are not predators.

I feel that some of them ---Alito, Amy, Bong-boy, Marsha and others, believe the shit they say. While others are spouting it because it gets them elected.

There are 2 main possibilities, as I see it:

A. She really believes all of the garbage she said.
B. She doesn't believe that garbage but was willing to go on national television and say all of it anyway.

Okay, I decided: I think B is worse, because that would mean she's a huge hypocrite, and I HATE hypocrisy.

A bit of both is also possible; i.e., she believed some of it but was willing to go on TV and say all of it. That's no better than B, afaic.
