A Swiftian Modest Proposal: VP Harris, before the election, should state that she has in her possession lists of alternate electors from every state. Since the House is widely expected to go Democratic (except by Jonathan Lemire who hasn’t said a word since he was proven to be a giant asshole by the electorate), the House will consider these alternate slates because Democrats foresee problems in the election process. How does it feel to hear that, MAGA fools?

I think republicans are likely to keep the edge on that front even if we win the house.

The framers, especially the slavers, seem to have wanted as little democracy as possible..
