I always assumed it was based on the movie Fargo which I really didn't want to go back and see another time.

without any real ties to the movie or other seasons of the series...other than the part of the country it happens in.

Not saying any of them are suited to YOUR tastes...but I have enjoyed all of them.

It's never happened to me, but I get the idea that getting held up isn't much fun. And, it can be expensive ... even painful.

What an excellent, amazing scene!

The movie Fargo is one of my favorites of all time (it came out in '96). I then saw the first two seasons of the T.V. show and they were great. For some reason I wasn't able to watch seasons 3 & 4 (I know I can watch them on Hulu).

But when Season five came out last year, I watched in real time (and they only came out once per week so I couldn't binge). IMHO, Season 5 was the closest by far to the movie and the best season of all!

Guys..............If you're a Coen Brothers fan..........Fargo Season 5 is a MUST see! Juno Temple (who played Keely on Ted Lasso) is phenomenal as are the entire cast! Jennifer Jason Leigh.....Jon Ham......My God! This is what stellar T.V. and movies are all about.
