Deja vu all over again...2024 election

Not that anyone here is surprised that Trump will cry "rigged election" when he loses in November.

But the questions in my mind; 1) will the courts will be less receptive to hearing bogus cases similar to last time and 2) will Trump find any lawyers willing to take cases they know are bogus. Giuliani, Eastman, Chesebro, Powell, Ellis, Clark established some excellent training examples clearly depicting how not to practice law.

For months, Trump has been alleging that he could be the victim of fraud in November, making the same sort of explosive, groundless allegations that fueled the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol and have continued to spark a wave of threats against election workers nationwide. Trump made similar allegations before the 2020 election, predicting for months there would be widespread fraud that November and contending he could only lose if the election was stolen from him.

“He’s doing it out in full view,” said David Becker of the Center for Election Innovation & Research and coauthor of “The Big Truth,” about Trump’s 2020 election lies. “If he is the Republican nominee, he has made clear that he’ll lie about an election that he’s lost.”

"Rigged system folks, rigged system!" Not expecting to win, it's ironic that the very "system" he claimed was rigged got him elected.

whether some courts might be more receptive. Since Jan 6 we've seen Trump judges and Trump stacked courts like the SCOTUS and the kkangaroo kourt of the 5th pull off some fairly shitty moves on behalf of the insurrectionist-in-Chief, to the point that I now put nothing past them.
