Ever have one of those nights where you know if you don't get enough sleep you're screwed? Count on laying there

staring at the ceiling and making it worse the later it gets!

I can't wait to see how Trump does today. Myself, I slept like a baby and am all bright eyed and bushy tailed.

and a friend of mine on a dark, windy, rainy morning. Still, I'm betting both of us feel a lot better than Trump this morning.

He is an Adderall addict we think or we know?

I have been taking Ritalin for 30+ years for narcolepsy. One hour after I miss a dose I would be driving and sleeping, no way to stay awake just no way.

It is the worst feeling in the world when it starts up but there is no controlling it. For almost all of my teenage years and up until I was 30 all the docs would look at me and ask if I really thought they would "fix me up". It was hell before all the "you're a hippy looking for drugs" eased up.

So if it is that I have to feel bad for him on this one and ONLY one thing, even knowing he deserves all the pain and discomfort and embarrassment there is nothing worse in my experience than that unavoidable trip to creepy land where all the ghouls and nasty things are waiting for that dream state. I don't know about Adderall and I don't know about his condition, it might not be the same but I wake up having clawed my arms bloody before the paralysis starts and I really could not wish that nightmare state on anyone.

OR he is just an addict, probably closest to the truth, and the come down is going to be hard.

Our election guide advises us to arrive at our sites by 5:30 am. We have a lot of equipment to set up and other things to do so that extra time is very helpful.

I never sleep well the night before. Of course once I am on the plane, I can sleep but at an election not so much.

If I am going on a road trip I leave early enough to avoid traffic and of course do not sleep
