They REALLY want to impeach Biden to get revenge for at least one of the TWO trump impeachments. I suspect it became clear to them how horribly and ridiculously difficult - AND counterproductive - it would be to try to launch a Biden impeachment. So they picked the low-hanging fruit instead.

Meanwhile, they look like damn fools.
