This group seems like just a bunch of social media trolls who see congress as a vehicle to boost their social media presence.

They'd rather have a TikTok whine about stupid parliamentarian rules than learn to use them to their advantage. Because the only thing they want to accomplish from their time in congress is to generate more content for their social media followers.

These idiots are more evil, I think, but otherwise incompetent.

Bonhoeffer argued In his Letters From Prison that stupidity is a more dangerous enemy of the good than malice, because while “one may protest against evil; it can be exposed and prevented by the use of force, against stupidity we are defenseless. Neither protests nor the use of force accomplish anything here. Reasons fall on deaf ears.”

Half of the bastards are evil and the other half are stupid.

It needs to be put out in the airwaves ad nauseum. How the House incessantly tried to impeach Biden and wasted countless hours on their pipe dream rather than coming together to solve problems in a bi partisan manner. Not to mention the extreme dysfunction regarding McCarthy and, likely. Johnson.

Can't arrive at any other conclusion than to view them negatively.

Snark aside, absolutely yes--with one qualification: The 1995 Gingrich House was more evil (though I take nothing away from the current one), but also more competent; they could actually pass legislation. Remember the "Contract On America"? Yeah, those f***ers.

If I were scoring on expressed ill-intent alone, they're easily the worst in my remembered lifetime. However, thanks to perpetual internal power struggles and self-aggrandizing weaknesses engaged by the silliest partisans among them, their willful brand of chaotic evil largely remains unrealized except where it can be achieved through inaction. Even so mitigated, they certainly rank in my lowest 5.

Remember, Newt Gingrich presided over some truly awful house majorities that actually translated their evil desires into policy wins. I regard those as somewhat worse in outcome, if not in principle.

and we all survived Newt Gingrich.

I'm hoping they can do another end run around Johnson with the Senate funding bills for Ukraine and Israel. Biden has already informed Johnson that playing games by decoupling the bills in order to stall some more is not going to work

Johnson's senidng everybody on vacation again starting Friday, back at the end of the month.

He reallly needs to go.
