It’s native to South Asia
Will head up to the gardens and take some pics between now and Sunday.
Decades ago I walked my dog in those beautiful gardens.
Haven’t been there since December 2019.

I bet there are a few in OZ. I have long held the view that one of the very few good deeds delivered by the Brits were the botanical gardens.😀

The world's largest flower is the corpse flower, but we won't go there..LOL

It's a shame they die after blooming.
Someone from India sent me some seeds once. But Texas is a bit cold for them and they're too large for pots!
They're beautiful, majestic trees.

We have agaves here called "Century Plants"...They usually take only 10 years to bloom...LOL
