They were holding a sit in to protest Google's contract with Israel, not only weren't they working themselves but were blocking others from doing their work. Google sure solved that problem, now they have no connection to Google and the services the are providing to Israel so their conscious are clear.

i usually turn off the radio as my main form of protest

Of course, they'll sue on some grounds.
Just not Google's.
