and prevail upon him to tone it down. YES the programming is all about stirring its audience up. But there comes a moment when all you're doing is fanning a wildfire and thoughtfully pouring gasoline all over the place. And that gasoline fire can spread fast - and find YOU.

I think the powers that be are hesitant because of free press issues, but Watters crossed a line. Saying that some jurors are liberal plants and such is dishonest garbage but free speech. Actually identifying a specific juror is where he crossed the line from free speech to jury tampering, and I think if they had the balls for it the DOJ could make a compelling case against him. If they don’t they’ll just be enabling him and encouraging him to do it again.
