"SNIP..............

Associated Press: “One woman miscarried in the restroom lobby of a Texas emergency room as front desk staff refused to admit her. Another woman learned that her fetus had no heartbeat at a Florida hospital, the day after a security guard turned her away from the facility. And in North Carolina, a woman gave birth in a car after an emergency room couldn’t offer an ultrasound. The baby later died.”

“Complaints that pregnant women were turned away from U.S. emergency rooms spiked in 2022 after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, federal documents obtained by The Associated Press reveal.”

“The cases raise alarms about the state of emergency pregnancy care in the U.S., especially in states that enacted strict abortion laws and sparked confusion around the treatment doctors can provide.”

They’re terrified they will be denied life-saving care if something goes wrong. This so so infuriating and shameful!

No one wants to risk their licenses. This includes ER staff. Maybe the women should show up at the statehouse, governor's mansion or courthouse..... since all those Pols are playing doctor.

although the women deserved better treatment. In the third case, the hospital failed to transfer her to a facility that could provide the care she needed, so she's got grounds to sue, preterm labor is often treatable if women are sent to places that can treat it.

This shit has got to stop.

and tried to flush it instead of fishing it out (and doing exactly WHAT with it?).

A bunch of MEN found that icky doodle so she got charged with whatever they could come up with.

Slave states are insane and no place for girls or women under 50 to live.
