It's unconstitutional.

The majority protects the rights of individuals whether they are a minority or a majority. The majority says a guy can't take a gun and shoot you. We shouldn't have to make such a law, but without it....The White majority had to decide at some point that the Black minority can vote, in fact that they can't be slaves, and then laws after that to enforce it. It shouldn't have been necessary, but it was--and is.

If I had my way, men would be excluded from voting or sitting as judges or legislators on any issues pertaining to women's health and fertility. But since that's not the way it works, thank God women have the vote (which they didn't in 1864) and here's hoping we'll continue to have the vote under the next president, so we can put things to right.
