Along the banks of the Kansas River near Topeka Kansas. Temperature 20 below Zero. A “camper” attempted to start a fire. He burned to death. He didn’t have a buddy to invite him on his yacht during the cold months and cruise in luxury nary giving a thought to “campers.”

For the second time today, my grandad's consistent response to those congratulating his successes come back to me. Every time, he'd respond with "Don't blame me. I didn't make better choices. I was given better choices."

While doing drugs might be a perceived necessity for the small percentage of people who are addicts.

That's the difference, and these people are not camping out. They have nowhere else to sleep, ever.

I wish the lawyer had been able to make this distinction becauuse Thomas really is that stupid.
