Wouldn't the deal trump & pecker made

Be considered a donation in kind. They've gave Trump something of value with every article. They wrote positively of him and negatively of Hillary.

If this is a donation in kind, did he file them on his campaign finance reports? Wouldn't that be considered filing false campaign reports, if he didn't file them?

National enquirer is a joke of a publication. The cover is full of exaggerated and false stories. I can’t think of anyone who takes the national enquirer as a serious news source. An alien had a baby is on the cover for goodness sake from time to time.

And trump is the only one to save America.

He was also doing catch and kill. He paid people for stories that were detrimental to trump, and killed them. Instead of donating money he was rendering services of value.
