Regarding the incident Wednesday morning in London where several of the Household Cavalry horses were spooked and bolted for several miles.

BTW, If you saw the video that included the white horse running through the streets with a bloody injury, it was apparently not nearly as bad as it looked and he will be fine. That was the one that contacted the bus and got cut.
