This appeal has absolutely nothing to do with immunity, it has to do with Delay. Time Matters.

This same court only took 1 month to put Trump back on the Colorado ballot. Once this court sends the appeal back to Chutkan for clarifications there is no chance in hell that Trump will see a federal courtroom pre-election.

They really stink. I wonder if putting pressure via Genny Thomas indictment could lite a fire under their robes?

That gives Trump a delay of two more months, and if they find a legal point they can use to send the case back to the DC Court, they can delay any trial even further so that Trump is unlikely to face trial until after the election. I believe that was their sole motivation in taking the case, once again putting their thumbs on the scale for Republicans.

On the immunity today but I doubt they will which means we have to wait until June or July.

They are obviously in the bag for -45 and we must not let this fact go quietly into the memory hole. This needs to become an election issue, our corrupt SCOTUS and illuminate the remedies available.
