Well, well, a friend of mine gets honored by Roger Stone!

I had breakfast with an old friend in Washington last Monday. We talked about a LOT of subjects. He knows Washington and U.S. politics better than almost anyone. He mentioned that he was sent a screenshot of Roger Stone on some social media site (Facebook? I forget) where Stone called him a pompous asshole.

Now I have known Norm (my friend’s name) for over two decades, and he is obviously neither. Not even slightly. But he IS a brilliant writer and political commentator. He is sometimes called “Washington’s most quoted pundit.” Since he is brilliant, eloquent and straightforward, it only stands to reason that just about anything he would write or say would bother Roger Stone. But to be singled out in this manner by a man who tries out every year for the title of Worst American Alive, now THAT is an achievement!

(at least that Roger Stone called him the most pompous asshole he'd known in 45 years) So, I'm guessing this is no coinkidink...

Oh, and I'd agree, quite the "honor." LOL

Roger Stone calling anyone a "pompous asshole," much less Norm Ornstein, is the height of projection. And, we all know what a world class (pompous asshole) authority Roger Stone is on projection.

But as long as Stone is still around, it eill still be relevant. And Deb Bowman did SUCH a great job imitating the sweet tones of an Irish folk singer. She IS a redhead, but she’s from Alabama, not Armagh.

The pinheaded NAZI doesn't get even a tiny fraction of the attention from authorities in criminal justice that he deserves.

Was sort of a left wing “red badge of courage” to be worn proudly and with head held high (I’m paraphrasing, but only slightly deviating from the original). He found it most amusing.
