SCOTUS immunity argument. Drumpf lawyer lies in opening statement

Saying no president can be prosecuted for official acts. DRUMPF IS NOT BEING PROSECUTED FOR AN OFFICIAL ACT. stealing documents is not and official act.

Is within the outer bound of his official acts. That's why the outrageous hypotheticals were asked in the lower court (e.g. Biden using the navy seals to take out Trump).

So it isn't a lie - that determination (were his acts official or not) is one of the questions this case will ultimately answer.
