Does it make any sense at all...

That a person known to be an enemy of democracy, now, out of office, is arguing that presidents get immunity for everything they do in office?! Has it not occurred to him that there’s someone IN OFFICE who, according to this theory, could take advantage of this immunity and solve our national problem by getting rid of Trump one way or another- and with immunity?!?!

If presidents are immune from prosecution for any crime committed in office, Biden could have Trump whacked - and if it has to be an "official" act, he could just claim he was doing it to protect democracy.

In other words, HE gets immunity for THIS case, but the ruling can't apply to anything else.

If Biden can have him and Trump incarcerated as an Official Act and then Biden would be immune from any prosecution once he is no longer President.

Ask the damns question for cripes sake. Make him admit that under his theory Joe Biden could do anything he wants to Donald Trump.
