Does it make any sense at all...

That a person known to be an enemy of democracy, now, out of office, is arguing that presidents get immunity for everything they do in office?! Has it not occurred to him that there’s someone IN OFFICE who, according to this theory, could take advantage of this immunity and solve our national problem by getting rid of Trump one way or another- and with immunity?!?!

In other words, HE gets immunity in only THIS case, and the ruling not allowed to apply to anything else.

And they will likely get that.

Scotus will send the case back down for fact finding.

That will guarantee there won't be a j6 trial before the election.

They will break the rules, they will collude with foreign despots, they will put out calls for their supporters to harass their opponents, they will play funny with the money, they will commit crimes to gain power, they will use the government to cater to the powerful over the common folk.

And they will do all this secure in the knowledge that the idealistic Democrats, who believe in responsible government, will not do the same. And they are right.

There is a reason that Putin hacked both the DNC and the RNC, but only released the e-mails of the Democrats. He knows he can leverage the corrupt party to act in his favor, but he is wasting his time trying to corrupt the Democrats.
