On Immunity

It seems he argues that if it's an official act they have immunity but who decides what is private and what is "official"?

Sauer says that a coup could be an "official act" then goes on to say he could not be prosecuted unless he was impeached and convicted by Congress then he could be convicted in court but...uhhh...he did a coup so is there even a Congress to impeach him?!?
Also how do you parse out what is private and what is official if those involved claim executive privilege and refuse to answer questions?

This logic is so incredibly dangerous and detrimental to the stability of our government.

So true. What is also true is that the extreme republican supreme court doesn't care about the stability of our government. They only care about their weird religious philosophies.
