When I took my oath to the

Constitution as a U.S. Army Officer I don't recall saying, "wait I need immunity" before I can serve. Crimes could happen.

What a joke.

when I took my Oath of Enlistment in Marine Corps in '64, I don't remember that sentence either, and, to the best of my knowledge, neither does the Oath that the President takes on inauguration.
