Has no enforcement assets. So, how will they protect themselves? What can they do or say to keep a dictator from executing them and their families?

Their arrogance makes them believe that they can restrain a tyrant like Trump, and that arrogance will lead to their demise!!

If they can delay this until 2025, they can make Trump Emperor. If Biden is still in office, they will retreat fast.

As soon as scotus rules presidents are immune, Biden should have the national guard arrest six supreme Court justices and 149 House Representatives along with 20 to 30 Republican senators, and send them to Guantanamo to start getting answers as to who is the big money behind all of this.
"If the president does it, it's legal" was a bad look for Nixon, and the whole nation will regret this if it happens.
