'Good Faith', Laws and Contracts mean little to authoritarians. Laws and Contracts are for the little folk they have authority, and Good Faith goes out the window if it doesn't benefit the authoritarian.

The very idea that Clarence Thomas has not recused from this case makes me wonder if he is removed can the SC revisit cases he was involved with?

strangely enough. But that leaves 5-4 for immunity. They are voting the end of democracy. Do they undertand what it's like to be on the court of a dictatorship? They want conservative White power more than they want respect and freedom, and even the power they have acheived as highest court of the land who so far the president has had to listen to.

Granting the president immunity is ridiculus. They ask provacative questions all the time, but I still think this is going to be at worst a 7-2 ruling against immunity.
