Judge Kaplan: "Trump's argument is entirely without merit both as a matter of law and as a matter of fact.”

No do overs. Trump was found guilty in the 1st trial and then hammered by a much bigger
civil penalty because he couldn’t keep his mouth shut about Ms. Carroll and continued to
defame her.
